Green Smoothie Popsicle (Kid Friendly)

Trying to get your kids to eat a bowl full of greens might not be a reality for you. But getting them to eat a popsicle, probably is. Here is an easy way to get vegetable into your child’s diet.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 2-3 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup coconut water
This is a basic recipe. You can vary the ingredients for optimal minerals.
Directions:
Blender together until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. Enjoy!
